This work material, designed to teach social and emotional skills to autistic children, seeks to develop their ability to recognize, understand, and properly manage their own emotions and those of others. It addresses common situations and emotions such as pain, anger, and sadness, presenting clear examples and reflective questions to promote self-analysis and empathy. Children are invited to imagine and recreate scenarios that can provoke these emotions, and to think about how they would properly handle these situations. The goal is to improve their communication and their relationships with others, helping them to make more accurate decisions and to ask for help when they need it, reducing the feeling of isolation.
